Prodexpo´2010 novelty: Ice-Cream Salon

This year for the first time within Prodexpo there is the Ice-Cream Salon organized by Expocentre and the Union of Russian Ice-Cream Makers. Leading companies manufacturers of ice cream, domestic and foreign manufacturers of machinery, raw materials, ingredients, commercial and refrigerating equipment, packing and special transport participate in the salon. At present around 200 enterprises are engaged in the field. The first Ice-Cream Salon at Prodexpo´2010 presents the largest ones.
Within the salon, experts have an opportunity to discuss major issues of their industry.
