E-Invite allows sending an unlimited number of tickets to your partners and clients. It helps to
- draw visitors to your stand in advance
- hold as many meetings as possible in as short a time as possible
- maintain existing ties with your clients and develop new ones
- maximize your participation in the exhibition.
E-Invite can become an efficient tool for your business!
Moreover, every invitation that you send to your partners or clients is considered to be a complimentary ticket. It allows your potential and regular visitors not to buy tickets to the show.
The e-ticket can contain stand location, event date, etc.
The access to E-Invite is granted to the user after he/she sends an application to email@example.com using the email address for which the access is requested. The mail has to contain the following information:
“I request to be granted the access to the E-Invite System of Invitation Mail Out
- Last name (required)
- First name (required)
- Patronymic (optional)
- Contact number (required)
- Contract number (required)
Company name (required)”
To make the changes in the account information, the User has to send a request to firstname.lastname@example.org from the same email that was used to apply for the System access containing the following information:
“I request to change my account information in the E-Invite System of Invitation Mail Out
- Contract number
- Information that needs to be changed”
