Retail Lounge to be first organized at Prodexpo
For the 25th anniversary of the Prodexpo exhibition, Imperia Congress and Exhibition Company and Expocentre AO will first organize a special event Retail Lounge Prodexpo 2018 on February, 5-9.
The aim of the event is to create a comfortable environment for buyers of international, federal and regional retail chains, i.e. strategic customers of the Russian food industry and the EAEU. The Retail Lounge special integrated space, which will be organized at Prodexpo 2018, includes
1) Matchmaking territory
2) Supporting Program Zone for retail chains
3) Cafe and Business Center
4) New Product Gallery for retail chains
The buyers will be given special badges, and the largest retailers will have a separate entrance to Prodexpo through Retail Lounge.
In Retail Lounge the chains participating in the Purchasing Centre for Retail Chains™ will be provided with hot meals, a separate wardrobe, luggage rooms, and other services (a place for rest and negotiations, a buffet, a bar, a workplace with a PC and a printer, Wi-Fi access, etc.).
Within five days a special supporting program will be held for the buyers (presentations, master classes and seminars from the Stars of Russian Consulting™). The event will be devoted to the main sectors of the food industry. For the first time the Prodexpo participants will discuss the following topics: “Tough negotiations with difficult suppliers 2.0”, “New trends in the management of private label brands”, “Modern tools for trade marketing”, “Methods of non-price competition in food retail”, etc.
Interactive showcases with samples and presentation materials of food suppliers will be arranged for retailers, as well as an opportunity to network and hold negotiations on product supply in both Retail Lounge and the Purchasing Centre for Retail Chains™.
