Export specialists offer business consultations

10 / 02 / 2020

The event programme of Prodexpo 2020 included the advisory session of the Russian Export Center: Supporting Exports of Russian Food Products.

Such sessions have become a tradition of major trade shows held at Expocentre. The Russian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the Russian Export Center, and Expocentre organise them for exhibitors.

Director of the Russian Chamber of Commerce and Industry Department for the Exhibition, Fair, and Convention Activity Sergey Selivanov moderated the sessions. According to him, advisory sessions are good for business, as they inform business community members about export opportunities.

“The advisory session is particularly relevant for Prodexpo,” said Mr. Selivanov. “The UN expects the global population to reach 10 billion by 2050. It means that Russia has every chance to boost agricultural production, which has a great export potential.”

Expocentre Deputy General Director Vladimir Gubernatorov greeted the audience on behalf of Expocentre and underlined the importance of participation in trade shows, which pave the exhibitors' way to foreign markets.

Head of the Russian Export Center's project promoting agro-industrial exports Denis Kazannikov told the Prodexpo 2020 participants about measures supporting food exporters. Marketing Director of the Russian Export Center's Export School Artur Lyashchenko and Acceleration Program Director of the Russian Export Center's Export School Tatiana Andreyeva spoke about the activity of the Russian Export Center and the variety of cooperation options.
