Prodexpo 2023 awards the best food producers
The results of the prestigious professional competitions were summed up on the final day of Prodexpo 2023.
The award ceremony was held for the winners of the 17th International Competition for the Best Consumer Properties, organised by Souzexpertiza ANO of the Russian Chamber of Commerce and Industry and EXPOCENTRE AO. The aim of the competition is to promote the competitiveness of Russian goods on domestic and foreign markets, to popularise the best domestic and foreign products and to inform consumers and potential customers about high-quality products.
The competition winners are awarded first, second and third degree diplomas with gold, silver or bronze medals ‘For Quality’ and the right to use the award products for promotional purposes. The names of the winning products are entered in the specialised register of Souzexpertiza ANO of the Russian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
This year, 52 gold medals, 7 silver and 2 bronze medals were awarded. Among the award recipients were companies from Moscow and the Moscow Region, Abkhazia, Belarus, Buryatia, Kalmykia, the Chuvash Republic, Chelyabinsk, Irkutsk, Kaluga, Nizhny Novgorod, Novosibirsk, Omsk, Voronezh Regions, the Krasnoyarsk Territory and Prikamye. The range of awarded products is also wide – from dairy and bakery to sauces, seafood canned food, and spirits.
On the same day, honorary awards were also given to the winners of the Best Product 2023 International Competition, which is traditionally held by Agroexposervis within Prodexpo. Medals and diplomas were awarded to the winners in nominations covering all segments of the food market. The products were assessed by the competition tasting committee of renowned experts.
Previously, Prodexpo 2023 hosted an award ceremony for the winners of the 18th International Competition for the Best Packaging and Label for Foodstuffs, Perfumes, Cosmetic and Beverages – ProdExtraPack 2023, the Prodexpo Wine Competition & Guide, and the 25th International Tasting Competition at Prodexpo.
