The 33rd edition of the International Exhibition for Food, Beverages and Food Raw Materials has prepared a large-scale showcase with plenty of new products and a rich conference programme.
Prodexpo has been playing a strategic role in the development of the food industry for over three decades. The show is a key platform for manufacturers and suppliers to communicate and network with buyers from federal and regional retail chains, marketplaces, public catering chains, restaurants, and government representatives.
The show makes it possible to assess the state of the food industry, track the birth and development of trends, and make forecasts for the future.
Prodexpo carries the labels of RUEF – the Russian Union of Exhibitions and Fairs, and UFI – the Global Association of the Exhibition Industry.

In 2026, Prodexpo confirms its status as Russia’s largest trade show in the Food Products category. According to the Russian National Exhibition Rating, Prodexpo is Russia’s largest trade show in 2023-2024 in the Food Product category in the Exhibition Space, Professional Interest and Market Coverage nominations.

Key product sectors and market trends
The edition of 2026 will enjoy the show’s usual large scale with all its demanded product sectors from basic food and beverages to delicacies, halal, organic, sports, functional, baby food, healthy lifestyle, exotic products, ingredients, as well as alcohol, tobacco, equipment, glass containers, packaging and packaging solutions. Unlike last year, the equipment, packaging, and ingredients sectors returned to the programme.
The assortment announced by the exhibitors will allow tackling any problems of buyers of wholesale and retail chains, marketplaces, restaurants, catering chains, and corporate suppliers. There will be products for both retail and catering chains, and for any case of consumption with different packaging volumes, including the increasingly popular small packages designed for small families and single households.
In 2026, there will be a noticeable increase in companies offering ready-made meals, as well as convenient and easy-to-prepare semi-finished products.
A number of companies are participating with interesting PLB offers and solutions.
Speaking about the Russian participation, the display is turning out to be diverse and informative. In fact, Prodexpo 2026 reflects the real situation in the Russian food and beverage industry. The participants range from the largest agricultural holdings to family-owned enterprises. Geography is also wide from Primorye and the Far East to Kaliningrad, from the northern regions to the south of Russia. Undoubtedly, both traditional products for every day and specialties, such as autochthonous, exclusive delicacies from geographical regions, will arouse great interest.
In 2026, a significant increase in the exposition is demonstrated by such pillars of Prodexpo as Meat and Meat Products (+40%), Dairy Products. Chees (+12%), Frozen Foods. Semi-Prepared Products (+20%), Groceries. Cereals. Pasta. Spices, Kitchen Herbs (+14%), and Confectionery. Bakery. Snacks. Nuts. Dried Fruit (+16%).
Traditionally, halal products will be present in various product sectors.
Meat and Meat Products. Cooked Meats. Poultry, Eggs (Pavilion 2, Hall 9) will bring together more than 120 companies from Russia, Belarus, Brazil, China, Hungary, India, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, and Serbia. Prodexpo 2026 will present beef, including marbled, veal, lamb, mutton, pork, venison and game meat, as well as poultry: chicken, duck, turkey, quail; whole eggs and semi-finished products replacing fresh eggs (dry egg mixes, melange).
Meat snacks, sausages, pates, and delicacies occupy a significant place in the display. Moreover, raw smoked products (ham, prosciutto, sausages) will be both Russian-made and supplied from Europe and South America.
Dairy Products. Cheese (Pavilion 1, Hall 3) will present products of about 150 companies from Russia, Armenia, Belarus, Brazil, China, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, and Serbia. The assortment will include both traditional milk, cream, sour cream, cottage cheese, butter, and products with added protein, low fat, probiotic, and lactose–free. New products are expected in the lines of yoghurts, dairy and cottage cheese desserts; interesting variants of such traditional products as kefir and fermented baked milk. The display will also feature matzoon (or matsoni), koumiss, ayran, and tan.
A wide range of cheeses (for every day and delicacies): the show will present hard, semi-hard, soft, processed, brined, smoked cheeses; from cow's, goat's, sheep's milk; from low-fat to very fatty.
Companies from 36 Russian regions will demonstrate their own products. There will be mozzarella, burrata, strachatella, caciotta, ricotta, belper knolle, maasdam, suluguni, signature cheeses, aged, semi-hard cheeses. All these cheeses are beloved by Russians.
Some important foreign premieres are expected. For the first time, a range of dairy products from one of the largest producers from Armenia, and soft, hard and semi-hard cheeses from the largest Iranian producer will be presented.
Prodexpo 2026 will also offer cheeses from Germany, Italy, Switzerland, and other countries.
A wide variety of Ice Cream from classic to low-calorie and vegan, with a huge selection of flavors from Russia, Belarus, China, and Kazakhstan will be located in Pavilion 1, Hall 2.
Groceries. Cereals. Pasta. Spices, Kitchen Herbs (Pavilion 2, Hall 7) will feature products from Russia, Belarus, India, Iran, Italy, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, and Turkiye. Along with the usual essential products such as rice, millet, buckwheat, flour, pasta, producers will offer quinoa, amaranth, couscous, spelt, and chickpeas.
The grocery theme will be complemented by products of pan-Asian cuisine, which will be located in Pavilion 2, Hall 8: Chinese, Korean and Thai sauces and pastes, chef sauces, rice, noodles, bamboo shoots, tom yam mushrooms, salad dressings, lychee, mango purees, snacks, and dried mango without sugar. Asian cuisine in Russia has rapidly turned from exotic to popular and familiar, winning the hearts of young people. According to marketers, this trend will stay with us for a long time and has a serious development potential. There will also be interesting products for adherents to European cuisine, including several companies that will present truffles.
Fish and Seafood (Pavilion 2, Hall 8) will demonstrates a variety of chilled, salted, smoked and frozen fish; frozen shrimp, mussels, squid, octopus; surimi (crab sticks, imitation crab meat and claws); herring and herring preserves; seaweed salads; fish and seafood semi-finished products (fish sticks, chops, cutlets of fillet and minced meat, and portioned seafood).
Vegetable Fats (Pavilion 2, Hall 8) will present sunflower, rapeseed, soy, corn, tropical and olive oils, as well as popular blends: sunflower-corn oil, sunflower with olive oil, sunflower with sesame oil. The largest Russian manufacturers are among the participants. Companies from Azerbaijan and Turkiye will also present their products.
One of the largest sectors of Prodexpo is Confectionery. Bakery and Snacks. Nuts. Dried Fruit (Pavilion 3, Hall 17) will bring together companies from 19 countries: Russia, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Brazil, China, Georgia, Hungary, Indonesia, Iran, Kazakhstan, South Korea, Kyrgyzstan, Saudi Arabia, Serbia, Thailand, Turkiye, Turkmenistan, and Uzbekistan. The companies will offer both a traditional assortment and new products. The display will delight everyone interested with its variety: sugary and flour confectionery products, chocolate, confectionery products for children, as well as sugar-free products, including those with clinical evidence of safety for people with dietary restrictions. There will be a wide selection of snacks, nuts, dried fruit, and bee products (honey, etc.).
Healthy Nutrition. Functional Food (Pavilion 2, Hall 8) will present ready meals, functional and vitamin-rich foods, low-calorie sugar-free confectionery products, gluten-free, lactose-free (with stevia and erythritol), with a high protein content, as well as bread, pastries, sweets, baking mixes, cereals for people with special dietary needs. Protein and fruit bars, superfoods, dietary supplements, vegetable chips and snacks, and drinks (herbal teas, juices) will be widely presented.
Prodexpo Organic (Pavilion 1, Hall 1) will demonstrate a wide range of certified meat, dairy products, cheeses, groceries, confectionery, sauces, spices and seasonings. Promising new organic products are announced in the following categories: beverages, fermented dairy products, and vegetable oils. The geography of the products offered: Russia, Italy, Serbia, Spain, Sri Lanka, Thailand, and Turkiye.
Tea and Coffee (Pavilion 2, Hall 5) will be full of new brands, companies and products. Sri Lanka will participate with a national pavilion. Manufacturers and distributors from Russia, Armenia, Belarus, Brazil, China, India, Iran, Kazakhstan, South Korea, Thailand, Turkiye and the UAE will offer a variety of products such as bound, pressed, gift, herbal, berry, fruit, loose teas; black, green, white, oolong, puer teas; signature tea blends, the creation of which was inspired by trends in the industry of healthy lifestyle and proper nutrition.
New products are expected in the coffee sector, both for restaurants and catering chains, as well as for retail and wholesale. There will be coffee for jezves, coffee machines, coffee of superfine grinding, coffee for French presses and mokes, with varying degrees of roasting and grounding. Chicory, coffee drinks and cocoa will also be presented.
The sector of Juices, Mineral Water. Soft Drinks (Pavilion 1, Hall 1) is growing in all indicators (the number of participants, floor space, number of new products). More than 200 companies from 16 countries will offer mineral waters, juices, sodas, fruit drinks, carbonated and functional drinks, and energy drinks.
Prodexpo WINE (Pavilion 2, Hall 11): the geography of the exhibited products will be extensive representing Armenia, Belarus, Chile, China, France, Georgia, Italy, South Korea, Lithuania, Malaysia, Mexico, Portugal, Switzerland, and others. The show traditionally presents a variety of spirits. In total, more than 120 companies will participate in the category of alcoholic beverages and wine.
About 100 companies–producers and distributors of beer and light alcohol–will show their products at Prodexpo 2026. Beer. Low Alcohol (Pavilion 2, Hall 10) will present both large and small private breweries mainly from Russia but also from Armenia, Belarus, China, Georgia, Italy, Serbia, the UAE, and Vietnam.
Beer and light alcohol will also be found at the national pavilions of Serbia and South Ossetia.
Prodexpo PACK&TECHNOLOGY will be located in Pavilion 2, Halls 10 and 11, and will present packaging solutions for the food industry, as well as packaging for gifts and Christmas/New Year celebrations. In total, there will be about 100 manufacturers from 9 countries.
Interesting new products and solutions will be offered by the participants of the Glass Container product sector, which will feature key manufacturers from Russia, as well as several companies from China.
The show’s display will also present equipment and services.
Conference programme
As usual, the display of Prodexpo 2026 is complemented by a large-scale conference programme. This year’s key topic will be set by the Plenary Session on the Food Market: Omnichannel Retail, Regulatory Changes, New Consumer Trends. Challenges and Solutions.
A large block of events will be dedicated to retail analytics and technologies, effective strategies for the FMCG business, labeling, and PLB. One of the key events will be the Purchasing Centre of Retail Chainsòì.
The CATMANPRO Open Club programme has been prepared especially for retail representatives who use the category management principles.
The 15th International Halal Congress will take place on 10 February.
Separate sessions will be devoted to organic products and the development of regional brands.
Prodexpo WINE will feature the 21st Russian Conference on the Alcoholic Beverages Market – AlcoCongress 2026, the Wine From Russia master classes, and talks of alcohol manufacturers and buyers.
In addition, there will be award ceremonies for the winners of various contests.
